SABINA participates in the moral fair “Siriraj Faculty of Medicine's Ethical Physicians Unite Against Corruption 2026” under the theme “The Goodness Floating Market Year 3,” advancing the creation of value in both environmental and social aspects through two social activities: “New Life BRA-CYCLE,” which accepts donations of worn-out bras to be converted into clean energy, and “Sabina Sewing Cup Sewing Heart,” inviting volunteers to sew breast prostheses for breast cancer patients. Over the two days of the event, more than 2,500 pieces of old lingerie were collected, and over 200 breast prostheses were sewn together.

SABINA Public Company Limited, the manufacturer and distributor of products under the “Sabina” brand, set up a booth at the moral fair “Siriraj Faculty of Medicine's Ethical Physicians Unite Against Corruption 2026,” held from August 31 to September 1, 2026, at the G floor and 2nd floor of the Siriraj Hospital Faculty of Medicine building.

At the event, SABINA hosted the activity “Sabina Sewing Cup Sewing Heart,” providing a space for volunteers to sew breast prostheses to be given to breast cancer patients, helping to boost their confidence and serve as a source of encouragement for them.

During the event, SABINA was honored by Prof. Dr. Apichat Assawamungkongkul, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, who personally participated in sewing breast prostheses, contributing to the encouragement of breast cancer patients. Throughout the event, volunteers joined in the activities and collectively sewed over 200 breast prostheses.

Additionally, participants received a Breast Cancer Simulator Pad, a foam pad designed to help learn how to perform self-breast examinations, promoting awareness of the importance of regularly checking for abnormalities and conducting self-examinations.

Moreover, a donation point for worn-out bras was opened under the project “New Life BRA-CYCLE: Old Bras into Clean Energy,” allowing staff, service users, and the general public to donate expired lingerie and textiles, including bras, panties, tank tops, t-shirts, boxers, socks, tights, and swimsuits, regardless of brand, condition, or gender, to help manage textile waste properly.

The collected worn-out lingerie will undergo appropriate processing to be converted into energy, reducing the amount of textile waste that needs to be landfilled. Each contribution also helps provide opportunities for society, as SABINA will donate new bras to various foundations and organizations, along with organizing a prize wheel activity to encourage participation during the event.

Over the two-day period, the activities received a positive response from attendees, successfully collecting over 2,500 pieces of worn-out lingerie and textiles, reflecting the collaboration in reducing textile waste and ensuring that expired items are managed appropriately.

For organizations, agencies, or companies interested in being part of the New Life BRA-CYCLE project and wishing to set up donation boxes for old bras or the Sewing Cup Sewing Heart project, please contact SABINA at the email csr@sabina.co.th
