Q1: I have already registered the account, but why I still cannot log in?

-  After you complete the registration, please go to verify your identity through your registered email. If the email is not found in the Inbox, could you please also check in junk mail.

Q2: Why can’t I add items into my cart?

-  Please check if you completely select size, color and quantity or not. If the selection is not complete, you will not be able to add items into your cart.

Q3. Does Sabina ship internationally?

-  Sabina can ship internationally. Shipping rates are based on volume weight of parcel and shipping destination. All shipping cost will be calculated according to Thailand Post rate.

Q4: Why can’t I pay via Line Pay / PayPal / True money wallet?

1. make sure that you have an account of that payment channel.
2. Your account balance must be greater than or equal to the order amount.

Q5: Where can I fill out a discount code?

-  After you fill out the shipping information and choose a payment method, the system will display your order list and the discount code field will be at the bottom before confirming the payment.

Q6: Can I change my payment method?

-  If you have confirmed the payment, then the payment method cannot be changed.

Q7: Can I change my delivery address?

-  You can notify the change through our customer service - Line@: @SabinaThailand in order to check the delivery status of the order whether it has been shipped or not. If your parcel hasn’t been shipped out from our warehouse, you can change the delivery address to a new one.

Q8: How can I check my order status?

-  You can check your order status by going to “my account” and select “Orders”.

The system will display your orders’ history, and the status of each order.

Q9: Which delivery service does Sabina use, and how long it takes for delivery time?

-  Sabina delivers products within Thailand by Kerry. You will receive the order within 3-4 working days for Bangkok and metropolitan, and within 6-7 working days for up country.
-  For international destination, the order will be delivered by DHL. The delivery time is based on the standard of DHL.

Q10: Can I cancel my order?

-  You can notify the order cancellation request through our customer service - Line@: @SabinaThailand in order to check the delivery status of the order whether it has been shipped or not. If your parcel hasn’t been shipped out from our warehouse, you can cancel your order.

Q11: When my order is successfully canceled, how many days does refund take?

-  Credit or Debit card payment will take 15 working days or following your billing cycle

-  True money wallet payment will take between 5-7 working days

-  Line Pay: Debit card payment will take between 15-30 working days

   credit card payment will take between 5-7 working days

-  PayPal payment will take between 1-3 working days
Q12. Bank transfer and Counter service payment method
-  If you choose bank transfer or counter service payment method, after you successfully fill out your phone number and email address, the system will generate the QR code/Barcode for your scannng to proceed an order payment.
