|Is it possible to change/return a product?|
Product can be changed/returned within 7 days from the delivery date. The product must be in its original condition; clean, unwashed and have all its original tags intact. We reserve the right to deny the request to change a product in panty category due to hygiene concerns. You can request to change/return via Line @SabinaThailand.
How many days does it take for the products to be delivered?
The product will be delivered within 3-5 business days (Bangkok) / 5-7 business days (Upcountry) from the payment date.
Which delivery service do we use?
Our products are delivered by private carrier for deliveries inside Thailand and Thailand Post (EMS) for international deliveries.
How do I check my order status?
• Click on “TRACK ORDER” option in the menu.
• Enter “Order No.” and “Email”.
• Click “Track Order”.
• Click on the “Parcel Number” under “Tracking Detail” to view the status of the parcel.
What payment options do you offer?
Currently we accept payment options as follow:
You can cancel the order in the event that the product has not been shipped out from the warehouse.
Please contact us in case that you want to return the product but it has been shipped out from our warehouse already.

Can I change my Sabina Club member information?
